Polished Practice Ltd. is a virtual agency providing professional services remotely across the United States. We do not offer in-person or face-to-face client interactions. All services are rendered virtually and are tailored to each client’s needs pursuant to a written service agreement.
Service Fulfillment
All services provided by Polished Practice, including fractional marketing management, executive administration, business management, paralegal support, and human resources assistance, are delivered remotely by experienced team members. Services are fulfilled according to the timelines, deliverables, and scopes defined in each client’s individual service agreement.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, all fees paid to Polished Practice are nonrefundable once services have commenced or been delivered, whether partially or in full. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly retainers, hourly service fees, and flat-rate project fees. Any third-party expenses or tools paid on a client’s behalf are likewise nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by engagement and are outlined in the respective service agreement with each client. Unless otherwise stated, clients must provide written notice of cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon notice period in their contract. Work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced on a pro rata basis.
Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable, Polished Practice will review the matter internally and work in good faith to resolve the issue. In most cases, the first step will be to re-perform the service, provided it falls within the scope of the original agreement. All resolutions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Nonrefundable Services and Expenses
All services rendered and expenses incurred solely for the benefit of the client—including third-party subscriptions, marketing tools, or incurred travel (if applicable)—are nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation or dispute.
